Banana Split Smoothie

Serves: 2-3 servings
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen grapes
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology*
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology*
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup water (optional)**
  1. Add frozen fruit, liquid(s), protein powders and chia seeds to blender. Pulse until smooth or reached desired consistency and serve immediately.
*Shakeology can be substituted for any protein powder, however, I encourage you to read the ingredient list! Most protein powders are full of sugar and random ingredients that you can’t pronounce!
**If you would like a thinner shake, add water to create more of a drink consistency.
