Mediterranean Hummus Burgers

  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh basil (packed)
  • ½ cup Mediterranean Avocado Hummus (or Athenos brand: Greek Style Hummus)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Panko crumbs (more or less depending on texture)
  • Olive oil spray
  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine with hands until all ingredients are integrated.
  2. Form four patties with your hands.
  3. Spray generously with olive oil spray and place on skillet or flat top grill for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and beautifully brown!
  4. Serve on a bun or a bed of spinach and enjoy!
