Sweetened Pumpkin Hummus

  • 1 15 oz. can 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp. plain fat free yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. orange zest
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until blended, scraping sides as needed and serve.
Prep time does not include deshelling the chickpeas. Add 15 minutes to prep time if completing this process.

Optional: Pour additional honey on top of hummus as well as cinnamon for garnish.
