Spiced Crock Pot Cherry Pepper Chicken

Serves: 8-10 servings
  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can organic fire roasted tomatoes (about 15oz)
  • ¼ cup Cherry Pepper Hoagie spread
  • 2 tbsp. Thai chili garlic paste
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 cup Greek or Plain yogurt (optional)*
  1. Add thawed chicken breasts to the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Pour remaining ingredients over the chicken and spread over chicken.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours.
*Stir in yogurt after chicken is complete, if desired.
