Super Green Refresh Smoothie

Serves: 6 cups or 3 servings
  • 1 banana
  • 1-1½ cups spinach
  • 2 halo oranges
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop (1/4 cup) Shakeology Vanilla Protein Powder (or any protein powder)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup pure coconut water
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  1. Add banana, peeled oranges, mango, spinach and all remaining ingredients to the blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
1) I love the tropical flare that the coconut water gives this smoothie, however, it is also great without. Feel free to substitute the 1 cup with water, or add ½ more of milk and orange juice.
2) If you don't have frozen mango, try frozen pineapple or peaches!
3) This one is for you, sweet tooth friends! If you would like things sweeter, try adding a tablespoon of honey or a packet or two of stevia...a little goes a long way!
